Who Are We?
I sat across the table from a dear friend as she fought back tears. It was 2009, and she was upside down on her house, and it had gone into foreclosure. At the same time, I was preparing to purchase a home at a steal. I knew I was purchasing a foreclosure, but until that day sitting across from my friend, I hadn’t considered what this meant for the previous occupants. I was too late to help any of them and wouldn’t have known how to, but something inside me was awakened. I knew that someday, for someone, I wouldn’t be too late. In 2017 I met my husband. A few years prior, he had lost his house to foreclosure in the midst of divorce. Hearing his story rekindled the desire to find a solution for those in need of creative alternatives for their property needs. Together, we are committed to helping homeowners achieve the best possible outcomes.
